Wheelpower Junior Sports Camps

WheelPower - British Wheelchair Sport offer young disabled people the opportunity to receive coaching in a wide variety of wheelchair sports at its Junior Sports Camps. The 2 day Camps are heavily subsidised and offer fully accessible accommodation on site. Who: The Junior Sports Camp is open to young people aged 11 to 18 with a physical impairment who would use a manual wheelchair to participate in sport. The Camp provides the opportunity to receive coaching in a number of Paralympic Sports. The Sports at the camp include Archery, Athletics (field), Badminton, Basketball, Cue Sports, Fencing, Handcycling, Powerlifting, Shooting, Sledge Hockey, Swimming, Table Tennis and Wheelchair Racing. Where: The Junior Sports Camps take place at Stoke Mandeville Stadium in Aylesbury, the birth place of the Paralympic Games.
