Nuclear Burn XC Duathlon Following its launch in 2012 Adventure Race Essex are pleased to run the Nuclear Burn Duathlon again in 2013. Set on farmland just outside Brentwood, Essex Nuclear Burn is an event for all fitness levels and will test and thrill you all in equal measure. Event Format XC 10km Run – XC 20km Ride – XC 5km Run. Timing Timing will be done on an event basis - we are not splitting down by 10k run, 20km ride, 5k run. Booking Options Solo/Team this is for individuals or groups of individuals that want to enter and do all three phases of the event.
