This year Sue Ryder are thrilled to be a charity partner with the Run4All team at the York 10K run on Sunday 4th August. We have a few guaranteed places available to enthusiastic runners who would like to get involved with this atmospheric running event. In a city steeped in centuries of history, this run provides a stunning backdrop of iconic landmarks. With crowds of runners and spectators descending on York each year, the event guarantees a fantastic day for everyone! The 10K route takes you on a tour past York Minster, the city walls and attractions such as Clifford's Tower and the Shambles. Not only is this one of the most picturesque charity running events, it’s a popular 10K for both seasoned and novice runners offering a flat course to help you achieve a personal best! Apply for your place today at www.sueryder.org/york10k and help Sue Ryder to continue providing incredible care in the community. The registration fee is £25 with a fundraising target of £120, which could cover the cost a nurse for the day at one of our care centres, looking after people with incurable illnesses.
