England Squash & Racketball are pleased to announce that they are currently seeking eight new Regional Coaches and a new High Performance Coach as part of a major restructure of their Performance department.

Thanks to a successful bid to Sport England as part of their Whole Sport Plan, England Squash & Racketball are expanding the Performance team to include one new part time coach for each region- North West, North East, West Midlands, East Midlands, East, South West, South East and London.

The new coaches will work to develop and improve standards of coaching and playing in their designated region, playing a significant role in developing the next generation of squash and racketball players.

The restructure of the department sees Keir Worth become the new Head of Performance.

“The appointment of 8 part-time regional coaches significantly bolsters our player pathway by ensuring that we can more effectively meet the needs of aspiring players, in addition to enhancing opportunities for coach education throughout every region,” said Keir Worth- Head of Performance.

In addition to the eight new roles, England Squash & Racketball are also seeking a new High Performance coach to replace Paul Carter, who left the organisation in March after 11 years of coaching England’s top players.

Applications are also still being welcomed for the role of Regional Manager for the North West region, with a closing deadline of 27th May.
