Nichola and Maggie star on the Alan Titchmarsh show!

International archer Nichola Simpson and coach Maggie Woolf joined rock legend Roger Daltry, actress Lesley Ash and former Sun newspaper editor Kelvin McKenzie as guests on Alan Titchmarsh's chat show on ITV.

Nichola gave Titchmarsh and McKenzie a quick lesson in archery, while Maggie provided words of encouragement as the two men had a go.

Watched by a studio audience, McKenzie hit the red with his arrow, but Titchmarsh missed altogether before having a second go, and hitting the yellow.

Nichola and Maggie's appearance on the show was part of a promotion for the new Robin Hood film, starring Russell Crowe and Kate Blanchett, which comes out later this year.

"It was great fun, we had a fantastic day, and it was great promotion for archery," said Nichola.
